How to make screen recorder in visual basic

 Screen recorder:
                                                  I'd like to make a screen recording program in visual basic 2010 i want it to be able to record video of your screen and then compile it to a video format ex. .avi.

if you can't help with the first part i'd like to add sound (and don't know how) to my first project that takes picture of your screen a saves them to a folder.
